The American Law Institute - American Bar Association is sponsoring a CLE seminar titled "Commercial Real Estate Defaults, Workouts, and Reorganizations" to be held in San Francisco (with live video webcast) on Thursday, April 29th - Saturday, May 1, 2010.
Issues covered are:
- securitized loan defaults
- defaults involving insolvent financial institutions
- lender and third party liability, and
- bankruptcy filings by solvent debtors
The program is eligible for 16.25 hours of CLE and 19.5 CPE credit hours in business law.
