The National Business Institute (NBI) is sponsoring a seminar titled "A Practical Guide to Construction Liens" in the Cleveland, Ohio metro area on October 4, 2010. The seminar begins at 9:00 am and ends at 4:30 pm and takes place at the Holiday Inn Independence, 6001 Rockside Road, Independence, Ohio. Topics include an overview of the construction lien, step-by-step procedures for filing notices and liens, enforcing the lien, defenses against lien claims and a discussion of current and pressing issues.
