The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) is sponsoring an afternoon CLE program on September 30, 2010 called "Exploring Real Estate at Auction" to be held live (and via Webcast) in Columbus, Ohio with live simulcast of the seminar in Cleveland, Fairfield and Perrysburg, Ohio.
The seminar will provide a total of 3.0 CLE hours, with registration beginning at 12:30 pm. The program starts at 1:00 pm and ends at 4:15 pm. Subjects covered in the seminar include the Legal Requirements of Auctions in Ohio, The Most Famous Auctioneer Real Estate Case in Ohio, Disclosure v. "As-Is", The Three Real Estate Auction Contracts and The Statute of Frauds.
